There is no call out fee and you only pay for the time spent at your property, subject to a £45 minimum should any work be undertaken. If it is more convenient for you I will call and disconnect your system, take it for repair, and return to set it up again.

It is also acknowledged that not every problem can be fixed, whether it be the cost of replacement parts, age of the machine, or simply a problem that leaves me stumped, if that's the case then it's simple;

Pricing is competitive and transparent - I charge £60 per hour. Typically, a Service and health check would take 45 minutes to 1 hour, installing the required hardware and setting up a secure wireless network would take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour
